Henkel Polybit is part of the Adhesive Technology Division as one of the three strategic business fields of the Henkel Group. With Henkel Adhesives Technologies Henkel is the world market leader in adhesives, sealants and surface treatments for consumers, craftsmen and industrial applications. With a staff of 21,700, Henkel Adhesives Technologies provides a portfolio of over 3,000 different adhesives and related products and generated sales of approximately 5.5 billion euros in 2006, 44% of Henkel company sales. The special strength of Henkel Adhesives Technologies lies in its ability to provide tailor-made services and products and customized solutions to everyday problems. Over the course of the years, adhesives and sealants have proven to be a more cost-effective alternative to many conventional joining techniques.
