Founders Peter Hambling and John Mercer intended to be the market leader, and in 1991 accomplished their objective with the introduction of the DigiTrak Locating System. This was not only the first system specifically designed for drill head tracking, as opposed to cable locating, but also the first walkover locating system to display pitch and roll. Today, the DigiTrak product line represents the most widely recognized and used HDD tracking system in the world. True to its foundation, DCI continues to offer quality and innovation in HDD locating then backing up the technology with unprecedented customer service. DCI maintains offices in 6 countries and has strategically positioned field service members throughout the United States and Canada.
