ANABEEB is a leading manufacturer of Glass Reinforced thermosetting Polyester pipes. ANABEEB Pipes Manufacturing Factories is owned and managed by General Holding Corporation, Government of Abu Dhabi. General Holding Corporation (GHC) is the UAE’s largest industrial conglomerate and a prime mover in implementing the Abu Dhabi government’s industrial diversification policy. ANABEEB – GRP Pipes Factory is established to produce unique Centrifugally Cast Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester (CC-GRP) Pipes & Fittings for the transmission of sewage, storm water, sea-water, potable water, sludge, liquid waste, effluents and other fluids. HOBAS Engineering of Switzerland / Austria is the provider of technical manufacturing expertise and support for the production of CC GRP pipes and fittings. Today HOBAS pipe is manufactured and used around the world. After more than 45 years of reliable service, the use of HOBAS pipe is expanding faster than ever. Since 1999 onwards every Municipalities of UAE have ANABEEB (HOBAS) pipe in their systems. ANABEEB – GRP Pipes Factory was established and commissioned in May 1996 on a plot of 43,550 square meters in industrial area of Al Mafraq, Abu Dhabi. The Factory with the covered space to 13,000 square meters houses 28 casting machines for the production range of diameters of pipes from 200mm to 2000 mm. Customer satisfaction, consistent, cost effective quality products and services,employees’ development, mutual beneficial relationship with our suppliers and continual development are our key strengths. Meanwhile ANABEEB has ventured into manufacturing of GRP Jacking Pipes for trenchless applications, structural Manholes & Inspection chambers, GRP Manhole Liner, ladders etc. making it synonymous as one integrated sewerage system. ANABEEB Centrifugal Casting Process gives the freedom to design to project requirements. It produces engineered product with a densely compacted pipe wall and totally de-aerated structure. ANABEEB centrifugally cast glass fiber reinforced polyester pipes are manufactured by building up the pipe structure from its exterior surface by feeding the raw materials into a rotating mould. This makes ANABEEB GRP pipes ideal for the trencless, jacking applications. ANABEEB CC GRP pipes are manufactured to DIN standards. It complies practically and admirably with ASTM, BS and other international standards. ANABEEB CC GRP Pipe meets or exceeds virtually any International standards as measured in sewer pipe accelerated aging tests. Results project that ANABEEB CC GRP pipe will last many thousands of years – unequaled by any other pipe.
