Over the years ‘cured in place pipelining’ methods for sewer and drainage pipes becomes more and more a key role in the no-dig business. iMPREG is currently manufacturing more then 150 miles each year and distributing their products all over the world. Cured by Steam or latest UV – Technology the iMPREG Liners are the benchmark for being the strongest, most cost effective and most environmentally friendly products in the market. Made in Germany, the iMPREG Liner is manufactured fully quality controlled according DIN EN ISO 9001. Additionally the iMPREG Liner is certified by the DIBT (German Institute for construction techniques) and meets several industry standards. Compared to conventional felt liners the iMPREG GRP Liners show five times more strength, 100% water tightness and provide minimum 50 years of Service. The iMPREG Liners come already pre-impregnated with special resins and ready to use on the job side. Shelf lives up to six months and easy container shipment keeps your construction flexible abroad. A pipe section can be rehabilitated in less then a day. An installation range of DIA 150mm – DIA 1300mm and even more can be installed in maximum lengths up to 300 metres each. In middle of 2012 iMPREG is planing to open the new part of the production plant and is than able to manufacture liners up to DIA 1600! Additionally to the liner manufacture iMPREG provides training on side as well as on their own training course. With two own lining equipments and a team of professionals iMPREG provides a world wide support.
